Summary of the Book Christine Rose and Adam Basil, the protagonists of the book, happen to meet while she is crossing the Ha’penny Bridge and he is all set to jump off it. While he is standing there, threatening to jump, Christine makes a bet with him saying that she could make his life worth living again in a span of two weeks. While she is determined on proving this to him, she does not know how she is going to accomplish it in such short time. During these two weeks they go on wild escapades, late night outings and include some romantic gestures. Adam seems to be really happy and falling in love with his life, but Christine knows that that is not the only thing that is happening. About the Author Cecelia Ahern wrote her first novel, PS. I Love You, when she was only twenty-one years old. The novel became a bestseller in Ireland for 19 weeks and was sold in almost forty countries.
